DMS was responsible for the supply and installation of mechanical equipment, HVAC and  process piping, along with the majority of the associated structural steel.  The project was originally awarded at a fraction of our final installed cost.  After demonstrating well above average labor efficiency, both in the shop and the field, DMS was continually awarded more scope including that within the refinery itself.  In additional to the services provided above, DMS was also called upon to manage scaffolding, equipment rentals and site works.
